This Privacy Policy describes how Plaxo Adaptive LLC (“Plaxo Adaptive”) collects, uses, and shares personal information about you. Our website also receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address so as to help us learn about your browser and operating system. For the purposes of targeted advertising, we may put cookies and other web-tracking technology on your browser. This may include hashed identifiers collected from email addresses.

You have the option to opt out of targeted advertising from us and our partners by blocking cookies.

With your consent, we may send marketing materials via e-mail and text messaging. Messaging and data rates may apply. If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional materials from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications you receive from us.

How Do We Get Your Consent?

Upon filling out your information to complete a transaction on our site, you are giving implied consent to our collecting of and using of your personal information to complete the transaction. If we desire to use your information for any other reason, such as marketing, we will ask for consent or allow you an opportunity to opt out.

How Do I Withdraw My Consent?

If you have provided your consent for our use of your information but you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at customerservice@plaxoadaptive.com. Opting out of targeted advertising does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive untargeted generic ads.

Section 4: DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share personal information with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such personal information to carry out work on our behalf, including customer support, web hosting, information technology, payment processing, product fulfilment, email distribution, and analytics services. We may also share personal information in response to a request for personal information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation; if we are going through a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of our assets; if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies or to protect the rights, property and

Section 5: STRIPE AND SQUARE SPACE

Square Space hosts our website and provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Square Space stores all data through their own data storage, databases and the general Square Space application. This data is stored securely.

PAYMENT:

If you choose a direct method of payment, Square Space will store this information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After you complete your purchase, this data is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Section 6: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Typically the third-party providers we utilize will only collect, use and disclose your information as necessary in order to provide their services and perform their functions.

Specific service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in regards to the information we provide them in order for them to perform their function as a service to us. We primarily use Stripe to process transactions. Please see Stripe’s terms and conditions for further questions.

Please bear in mind that some providers may function in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you choose to make a purchase utilizing a third-party service, your transaction and information are received and processed under the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

If ever you navigate away from our store page and/or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer under the privacy policy or terms of service of our store. We may continue to send you non-promotional, service emails concerning your account or our ongoing business relations.

“Do Not Track.” Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not override these settings or options. Section 13: CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We have the right to review and advise our privacy policy at any time. Therefore, we ask you to refer to it frequently. Any changes will go into effect upon the moment they are posted and updated on the website. Our site will list the date of our latest update.

If we are acquired or merge with another company at any time, your information will be transferred to the new owner.
